On Monday, April 4, 2016, the SaddleBrooke Clubhouse bustled during the annual Ladies Day Out where vendors offered arts, crafts, jewelry and many other items for sale.

This year SaddleBrooke Troop Support (STS) was the beneficiary organization of proceeds from ticket and raffle sales. Charlotte James and her HOA1 Events Committee planned and conducted Ladies Day Out with help from STS members and volunteers for load-in, load-out and raffle sales as attendees browsed and shopped. At the end of the day, nearly $5500 was raised for SaddleBrooke Troop Support programs.

During the afternoon STS Military Liaison Moose Creighton arranged a clubhouse visit by two active duty service women, Staff Sergeant Jamie Carbary, United States Army and Petty Officer 2nd Class Porchea Geiger, United States Navy, reminding attendees who and how STS programs benefit local troops and their families.

SaddleBrooke Troop Support is a 501(c)(3) charity assisting needy Tucson-area military personnel, veterans and their families. 100% of donated funds raised by STS go directly to support the troops.
