Israel trip planned

Larry Stillman

Plans for a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Israel in October 2018 have been finalized and will be announced on Monday, November 6 at 7:00 p.m. in the MountainView West Ballroom.

This nine-day adventure is being organized by Tucson’s Weintraub Israel Center, in conjunction with the SaddleBrooke Israel Friendship Group (SIFC). This will be the Weintraub Center’s second Holy Land tour. The first, held in 2016, was a huge success. The upcoming trip, open to SaddleBrooke residents of all faiths, will be discussed in detail at the November 6 SIFC meeting. Oshrat Barel, Director of the Weintraub Israel Center, will be on hand to discuss itinerary, costs, insurance matters and answer any questions.

This will be SIFC’s first meeting of the fall/winter season and we are thrilled to be part of this exciting adventure that will focus on the land of Israel and its people. If you plan on traveling to the Holy Land outside of the SIFC, you may want to consider a tour operator like Immanuel-Tours, see here for more info – https://www.immanuel-tours.com/about-us-2/. Please plan on attending this meeting to learn more about this amazing opportunity to visit Israel with fellow residents.
