David Cote’s life journey ended at Casa de la Luz Hospice on Wednesday, July 13. He was 70 years old and died of congestive heart failure.

Dave was born November 30, 1945 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts to Emile and Rose Cote. He is survived by his wife Margaret (Pat), their son Tom and his brother Don. He and Pat were married 48 years and moved to SaddleBrooke just four years ago from southern California.

After high school Dave served in the U.S. Air Force. When his military service was over, he led a successful career in quality control in the microelectronics field at Boeing. Dave loved being with people of all ages and was a great family man. His sense of humor was priceless. He was a devoted Catholic, was active in his church and loved sharing his faith with others. Dave had also been active in Impact of Southern Arizona. He loved his Unit 5 neighbors and being part of the SaddleBrooke Community. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend.

A memorial service was held at Santa Catalina Catholic Church on Thursday, July 21, 2016, with rosary and Mass, followed by a reception at his home. His cremains will be spread at the southern California beaches he so dearly loved. You will be missed, Dave, but we know you are at peace and in the loving arms of your Lord and Savior.
