Sharon Weihl Buckmaster

Sharon W. Buckmaster, SaddleBrooke, AZ resident, passed away Nov. 29. Sharon was born in Marietta Ohio to Selden and Audrey Weihl. She married Alan Buckmaster and moved to Michigan. She worked as a Veterans Hospital volunteer and lived in Michigan – Dearborn Heights and Greenbush on Lake Huron. She moved to SaddleBrooke 20 years ago.

Sharon is survived by husband Alan Buckmaster; two daughters Alana (Michael) Chendes and Kelli Klotz; three brothers Jack, Gene, and Jeffrey Weihl; three grandchildren Kristen, Brock, and Kylie; and three great grandchildren Emma, Landon, and Bryce. She battled ALS for the past few years bravely and still with a smile on her face. She is loved by all and will be remembered for her kindness, huge heart, and smile for everyone she met. She dearly loved her family and friends. A memorial service will be planned at a future date.

Arlene Marshall

Arlene Marshall, formerly of Greenwich, CT, passed away peacefully at her home in SaddleBrooke, AZ, Friday, Nov. 22. Arlene was born in Brooklyn, NY to Doris and Maxwell Beyer, Dec. 11, 1931. She is survived by her beloved and eternally devoted husband of 69 years, Myron (Mike); daughters: Wendy Horowitz and Jessica Goldstein (Gary); grandchildren: Emily Hickox (Keith), Jordan Horowitz, Tyler, Brandon, Adam, Madison, and Luke Goldstein; great-grandchildren: Hunter and Isabelle Hickox, her sister, Monica Beyer, and numerous dear friends. There are no calling hours, funeral arrangements were private. Contributions in Arlene’s memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
