“Howl at the Moon” Dog Walk

Leslie Rocco

Join us at a fun new event to support homeless pets at the Howl at the Moon Dog Walk on Thursday, March 15. Registration is almost closed! The Network received many “bark-o-grams” from your pups saying they want to help homeless pets, too! So, we thought it would be fun for dogs and their humans to do a moonlight fundraiser walk.

Leash up the pups and gather your friends for a two-mile (5:40 p.m. check-in) or one-mile (6:10 p.m. check-in) golf course stroll under a full moon on Thursday, March 15. It’s a Howl at the Moon Dog Walk! We’ll meet at SaddleBrooke One’s tennis area and there will be prize drawings, pet bandanas, and the first 100 registered pets receive a bone shaped carry case with goodies from Rawhide Feed. Water and a monster cookie awaits you mid-way. Registration fee is $15/family.

Registration deadline is March 3. Registration forms are at www.sbpetrescue.com home page or Harmony and Skyblue addresses listed below. Mail form/check to Pet Rescue, J Pede, 63457 E. Squash Blossom Lane or drop at 62945 E Harmony Drive, (Unit 36) and 65700 E Skyblue Court, (Unit 9). Finalized start times and details will be provided to you one week prior to the event.
