One of the most anticipated events of the Christmas season for the women of Community Church at SaddleBrooke and their friends and neighbors has been the Advent Celebration hosted by the Women’s Ministry. This special program has become an annual tradition for many ladies for the past 10 years.

The women will enjoy a delicious lunch served in the MountainView Ballroom that will be decked out to reflect the joy of the season. A special treat is in store with music provided by the Gatekeepers and vocalist Aliyah Douglas. The Gatekeepers, a well known a cappella group from Ironwood Hills Church in Tucson incorporates different styles of music including contemporary, gospel, black gospel, rhythm and blues and classical. You will be amazed at the vocal range of eleven-year-old Aliyah Douglas. Aliyah is a local celebrity attending Wilson K-8 School in Oro Valley. The many awards to her credit include the first place winner of the national New York Lyric Opera Vocal competition and America’s Amateur Model and Talent Competition.

This Advent Celebration will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in the MountainView Ballroom at SaddleBrooke Two, 38759 MountainView Boulevard in Tucson, 85739.
