Community Church of SaddleBrooke (CCSB) will continue the GriefShare program with meetings at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, January 6 and January 20 at the Parish House. Call or email for directions.

Session topics will include: “The Journey of Grief” and “Grief and your Relationships.” This highly regarded video and support group is designed to aid healing and help rebuild the lives of those who are grieving.

Each video includes professional grief counselors, as well as lay people who have experienced healing and recovery through the program. Those who have experienced the loss of a loved one through death are welcome to come at any point since each session stands alone. Although it is Christian based, all are welcome.

Those who have had a recent loss or even many years ago have benefited from GriefShare. For additional information about the overall GriefShare program, visit www.griefshare.org.

There is no charge for the sessions but a helpful workbook can be purchased for $20. Anyone new should contact Cari Block at 858-243-3747, [email protected] or Bruce Block 858-692-5227, [email protected].
