Once again, The Golden Goose is simply the best!
The Arizona Daily Star’s Readers Choice 2016 results have just been published and the Golden Goose Thrift Shop has once again been named:
Best Thrift Store
Best Non-Profit Gift Shop
Best Best Antique Shop
In addition to the first place awards, the Goose also placed in two other categories:
Favorite Gift Shop
Favorite Furniture Store
For the last 13 years, the Golden Goose has been receiving honors and accolades for its outstanding contribution in raising funds to support two local charities, Impact of Southern Arizona (formerly Catalina Community Services) and SaddleBrooke Community Outreach. In those 13 years over $8 million dollars has been raised and that involves an average of over 6000 volunteer hours per month and many wonderful donors. Sometimes they are one and the same! So, is it any wonder we are the best? Our most sincere thanks to all those who have made this honor possible.
