Raining? No problem. Hot? No problem. Cold? No problem. EZ Riders indoor cyclists can ride in any type of weather and you are invited to saddle up.

Indoor cycling on a specially designed computerized stationary bike is the perfect way to increase your cardio strength, balance and endurance. The sessions are led by 13 resident volunteers who use music to motivate and direct you to try a variety of exercises; however, each rider will determine the amount of effort they are able to exert. The resident volunteer leader will guide and make suggestions. You, however, will decide what you will or will not do.

Some of your fellow SaddleBrooke community members have been taking part in the resident organized indoor cyclical program for six years. The sessions are offered six times weekly at set times and days. There are early morning sessions, early afternoon and late afternoon sessions.

Ted Reingold said, “Great fun, great workout and it burns a ton of calories.”

Terri Anderson commented, “I joined EZ Riders for some extra exercise; who knew it was going to be so much fun! Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. It’s easy to scale the rides to my ability but the great music choices spur me on to give it my all. So glad I joined!”

If you haven’t tried indoor cycling or it’s been a while since you rode and you are interested, contact us. We are offering an intro ride session on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at noon at DesertView’s Paloma Room.

If you have the desire to give it a try, contact Jim Ryan at [email protected], phone 825-1309 or Dave Palmeri, [email protected] or 302-521-3823.
