Well, it’s that time of year again when our snowbird dancers are flying back to their summer homes. We shall miss them but our year-round dancers will continue to meet and enjoy the great exercise and camaraderie.
English country dancing is certainly a lot more fun than jogging and we meet in the lovely, cool Vermilion Room at the SaddleBrooke One Clubhouse. So why not try it out during those hot summer months when it’s too hot to exercise outdoors. Comfortable clothes and flat leather-soled shoes are best for dancing.
