The great music and easy workout helps with balance, range of motion, and coordination.

No need to get dressed up and venture out for an in-person class. No worries about masks and social distancing. Make yourself feel comfortable at home and get a great workout.

Use your computer, laptop, tablet, or phone to stream these classes. Wear comfortable shoes.

No one can see you and what you are wearing. No pressure. Just have water nearby, click the link, and join in.

Classes (55 minutes) are taught by SaddleBrooke resident, Cheryl Ludeman, on Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8:30 a.m. After teaching in-person Zumba Gold classes at SaddleBrooke and SaddleBrooke Ranch for over seven years, Cheryl is excited to now be teaching online classes from home to students across the country.

Your first two classes are free so you can try out the workout and see if it works for you.

You want to make sure you are able to stream the classes easily to your personal device. If you find virtual is the right choice for you, you can buy a virtual card—$35 for 10 classes or $20 for five classes.

Payment is easy to do by check, Zelle pay, or cash.

You can sign up for Wednesdays, Fridays, or both. It’s a flexible schedule you can easily work into your life. Setting up your schedule virtually for a week at a time makes it fun and easy to do. No long-range commitments, worries about missed classes, or trying to adjust your personal schedule to work with your workouts.

Remember, it’s always a good idea to check with your medical provider to make sure the exercise program you choose is right for you.
